Can I use one account for both buying and selling?
Yes, but only if you are a verified seller. A verified seller can log in with their seller credentials and also make purchases as a buyer. However, a buyer cannot access the seller dashboard unless they are a verified seller.

Sellers are rated by buyers after delivery. 3 bad ratings or negative comments will lead to the seller's account being flagged. Always provide excellent service to maintain a good rating.

A fixed ₦600 delivery fee per seller is added to the buyer's checkout. Sellers alert riders when orders are ready, and available riders accept and pick up the items for delivery.

Why is my product pending?
All products go through admin review to verify authenticity and ensure they meet CAMPUSKART guidelines. This may take 24-48 hours. Edited products also go back to pending for re-review.

Go to your wallet, click "Withdraw Funds", enter your bank details and the amount you wish to withdraw. Withdrawals are processed by the admin within 24-48 hours.
